Privacy policy

Short version: we keep your email so we can tell you when REGN launches and send you the founding offer. We don't sell it. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete it any time by emailing [email protected].
Who we are
REGN ("we", "us") is the data controller for this website, getregn.com. REGN is run by [FOUNDER FULL NAME], [CITY], [COUNTRY], until the REGN company is incorporated, at which point that company becomes the controller and we'll update this page. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
- Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
- Where you came from: the campaign tags in the link you clicked (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign), or "direct".
- Referral codes: the code in a friend's link if you arrived through one, and your own code so you can share.
- Your country, worked out from your connection by our host, Cloudflare. We don't store your IP address.
- The date and time you signed up.
Why we collect it
To send you launch news, the founding price for waitlist members, and updates as we build REGN. The source and referral data tells us which channels work and who shared the link. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give when you join. You can withdraw it any time.
To keep bots off the list we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser when you submit the form. That check is based on our legitimate interest in protecting the waitlist from spam.
Where it's stored
Your details are stored in a database run by Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts this site. When our email platform is set up, your email and signup details will also be stored with Klaviyo, Inc., which we'll use to send emails. Both companies may process data outside the EU. Where they do, they rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
We don't sell your data or share it with anyone else for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If REGN doesn't launch, we'll delete the list.
Cookies and storage
This site doesn't set advertising or analytics cookies. It uses your browser's own storage to remember, on your device only, the campaign link you arrived from (until you close the tab) and that you've already joined. Cloudflare Turnstile may use technically necessary storage to complete its security check. If we add advertising pixels later, we'll ask for your consent first and update this page.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or get a copy of it. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days. Every email we send also has an unsubscribe link.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to your local data protection authority. In Ireland, that's the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
Age
The waitlist is for people aged 16 and over.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. Big changes will be emailed to the list.
